II. Booking Order

A booking is made by sending a written request (by email or through the contact form) stating the requested dates, number of persons, and type of accommodation. The booking is confirmed upon written confirmation from the operator and payment of the required deposit.

By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to these booking conditions in their entirety.

III. Rooms

The guesthouse offers double rooms with an optional extra bed. Each room is equipped with a shower, toilet, satellite TV and free wi-fi. The room price includes continental breakfast and spa tax.

• Check-in: until 22:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
• Children under 12 years: 20% discount
• Children under 2 years: free of charge
• Payment is possible in cash only — card payment is not accepted

IV. Prices

Prices are per person per night and include continental breakfast and spa tax. Current prices are listed on the Rooms page. The operator reserves the right to change prices; the price valid at the time of confirmed booking applies.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% (or 50%, as specified at time of booking) of the total stay price is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit must be paid within the period specified in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

V. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the length of stay and the time of cancellation before arrival:

• For stays of less than 3 nights: no deposit refund is required upon cancellation.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full minus any bank transfer fees.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit.
• In case of no-show without prior cancellation: the full amount of the stay may be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email). The date of receipt of the written cancellation is decisive.

VI. Rights and Obligations of the Guest

The guest is entitled to:

• Use the booked room and all facilities of the guesthouse in accordance with these conditions.
• Receive a continental breakfast included in the room price.
• Free wi-fi access throughout their stay.

The guest is obliged to:

• Observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
• Handle all property of the guesthouse with care and report any damage immediately.
• Pay for any damage caused during their stay.
• Follow the house rules and instructions of the guesthouse staff.
• Vacate the room by 10:00 on the day of departure.

VII. Rights and Obligations of the Operator

The operator is entitled to:

• Request valid identification from guests upon check-in (required by law).
• Deny accommodation to guests who violate these conditions or behave in an inappropriate manner.
• Charge the guest for any damage to property caused during their stay.

The operator is obliged to:

• Provide accommodation in the agreed room for the agreed period.
• Maintain the room and common areas in a clean and functional condition.
• Process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

VIII. Final Provisions

These booking conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from the booking agreement shall be resolved by the competent Czech courts.

The operator reserves the right to modify these booking conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of booking confirmation applies to each individual reservation.

These conditions are effective from 11 March 2020.
